PDCA is a non-profit organization representing dry cleaners and launders from Pennsylvania and Delaware. We were chartered in 1934 when local guilds and associations decided that they would be most effective when they worked together.
Since then we have continuously produced educational programs to improve our members’ technical and business skills.
PDCA is a regional affiliate of the Drycleaning and Laundry Institute (DLI), the international association representing the dry cleaning industry.
